Spirit
When we are talking about holistic health it is pretty easy to understand how to exercise our body. Exercising our mind takes some effort, but is usually enjoyable and varied.
When we start talking about exercising the spirit we are looking at something more abstract and so individualized that each person must find their true path from within. Exercising the spirit is balancing the inner world with the outer world we live in.
